Budgeting & Accounting – We will review the property’s financials and create a budget that works best for your goals. You will have access to financial and rental reports in real time and can easily log into your Owner Portal to view statements at your convenience. With our detailed financial reporting tools, it has never been easier to keep tabs on your investment.

Rent Collection – Tenants can conveniently pay rent online 24/7/365 on the Tenant Portal, or through PayPal, CashApp, Venmo or Zelle. We make it easy for tenants to pay rent so that it is easy for you to get paid. Moore Equity will handle the collection process and in the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we can coordinate and guide you through the process and help to ensure your investment is protected.

Repair & Maintenance – Moore Equity works with licensed and insured service providers to handle any repair or maintenance of your asset. Our property management software allows us to receive service requests in a timely manner and preschedule any recurring maintenance tasks (i.e., air conditioning filters, smoke detector testing, tree trimming, etc.). Our 24/7/365 portals will keep tenants and owners up to date on every task and track all expenses and materials used.

Inspections – Routine property inspections are important to ensuring the upkeep of your asset. We can be your eyes and ears to minimize your liability and protect your investment. In addition to the periodic tenant move-in and move-out inspections, we will routinely conduct property inspections ongoing and provide digital reports and pictures on the Owner Portal. We can also help facilitate any other necessary property inspection at your request (i.e., termite, appraisal, lender inspection, etc.)

Tenant Satisfaction – We will take care of the tenants and manage the relationship. Our hands-on management style maintains a higher caliber of tenants, strong tenant satisfaction and high retention rates.
